Thankyou everyone for your kind words and support

I have to say the month before was the hardest but leading up to this month has been the easiest for me it has been a continuous journey with twists and turns but for now I am cruising down easystreet

I still cant just sit back though and smell the roses I know I have to be ever vigilant as there still feels a bit missing and I am in a few days going back to the UK I know for me change is always a challenge

but we get through these challenges one at a time and become stronger for it I know that for sure

For those who are struggling keep reading and listening, one step at a time it does get better its a journey but one we share together

love to all xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
