Way to go Armed!  The day is finally upon us for your 1 year celebration!  Your family must be so proud of you!

What are you going to do to celebrate?  Hopefully a party will be involved ;)

Hoping that you and your family are well, and that you are enjoying your smoke free life after the first year (of many).

CONGRATULATIONS buddy :)

Thank you all so much. All though I don't get the time to "stop by" as much as I like, this forum is such a valuable asset to any new quitter. I was glued to the forum when I first quit and am not sure if I would of made it without some of the people here. Now, I find needing the support less and less (which is a GOOD thing!)

I do try to read up when I can and really enjoy the "so far" thread!

Tonight the Mrs. says she has something special planned for me......look for details in "Off the Record". But I'm married with two kids so that may entail going to Redbox and picking up some LJS...but I'm willing to give her more credit than that.

A year ago I wouldn't of imaged I would be here, smoke free, enjoying every single day of it. The best part is my little ones will never know their Daddy as being a smoker B)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
