Sooooo going with the flow..

1.. My husband is English (shock, horror, gasp..:51_scream:)

2.. I have only seen Braveheart once.. (Freeeeeeedddddoooommmmmmm:185_footprints:)

3.. We have a Saltire (That would be the flag of the country that doesn't exist, for those of you who haven't read back;)) on the licence plate of our car..

I need more information than than this.

So I can assess 1, can you upload a recording of him saying, "how absolutely ghastly old bean"?

Not sure I've come across 3, is that a regional flag of the UK?

Actually, never mind, I've come to a decision

Nope, it's either 2 is the lie like you said or 1 is the lie. Those japanese plates came off the moment the car arrived in Scotland and were replaced with number plates adorned with the Scottish Saltire.

Well if 1 is the lie you'll have to fight it out between you who doesn't have to come up with the 2 truths

so

1. Big fat lie. I had a dog, had a cat, but no pet snakes.

2. True. For some reason my mum has always nicknamed my Seamus.

3. True. My surname is close to Connery, so in his mind that was close enough.
