Do you have that orangutan's number? I need him to teach me how to move for my upcoming wedding.

In all seriousness, yay! I'm so happy you are mouth sore free. :) Canker sores are so damn painful! I get them a lot too. Maybe I need to switch my toothpaste as well.

Yeah last time was about 4 months - utter nightmare.

Pricey for a toothpaste £6.40 plus postage.  Got it from the mouthulcers.co.uk - a site set up basically so this chap who is an ulcer sufferer could sell Squiggle to a UK audience.  But you know what Marti, I'd pay twice that to get rid of the treacling things!!

Cheaper than a packet of treacle cigarettes :)

Seriously, I'm LOVING your attitude Wendy :d

That's fab news, delighted they are gone allready,

I had them when I quit aswell, jesus I had them up until recent enough, I asked my doctor and he said it's alot to do with increased and improved circulation and blood flow, when you stop smoking you get soo much more blood so it causes all the blood blisters, also undiagnosed illness causes it, it's all part of my fibromyalgia and sjorgens syndrome,

Glad you got it sorted, they are annoying little buggars, especially the ones on the tongue x

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
