I am sad :(   Really Really upsets me when people up and leave without an explanation.  What happened?  You were there when many of us first quit.  You had some rough times and disappeared.  We hoped you would return and you did.  You started a blog, read a bit and then began your new quit.  You even started playing the game.  Then out of the blue, you picked up and left again.  Even deleted your blog.  Did you think people would just forget you existed if you deleted something?  You started the original numbers game, which believe it or not, saved many a quit, mine included.  So, where are you now?  Are you lurking?  Smoking?  You have COPD, so you need to stop that crap right now.  Get your cholernie tyłek back in here and let us help you.  You know we can get you through any situation to keep you from smoking.  If you want to that is.  Hope you are well Mike.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
