Wow what a crappy day.  Glad I made it through without killing anyone.  Glad it's bedtime and hoping tomorrow is better.  Have a great night everyone!

I'm sorry you had a bad day.  Get some rest.  Tomorrow is a new day and who knows what wonderful things are in store.  :)

Things always look different 12 hours later.  Bad days suck.  I had a bad month last month.  lol  The whole.  Damn.  Month.  Sucked. lol  Gotta take the good with the bad I tell myself.  Just part of doing business on planet earth.

Hey Smile everyone. Getting through the bad days is much more important than the good ones. You are doing great!

I am infantile...

But - this makes me laugh...

Borrowed from the mighty Big Yin

Men cannot hold in a fart. Just impossible.

Women can.

Women cannot keep a secret. (They just love to share too much)

Men can.

Tho morale of this story is...

If you want a woman to keep a secret........

Whisper it up her arse....

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
