Careful on the soda pop, no extra kicker first week....to dangerous first two weeks......careful over the weekend. change up regular plans, change places, times and things you normally do....I work most weekends so it didn't get me...but the quits I blew from one beer...wish I could have all my beer money and smoke money back...I would buy Michael Jacksons monkey and give him a decent name (heard that on a tv show the Goldbergs)
