This makes me smile my really big "told ya you could" mixed with "yay" smile :)

4 months is a big deal. You thought stress might be your trigger but you have faced a lot of that down now, proving to yourself that it can just be done. The 3 month trudge can be a long one and I'm hoping any day now you'll go through a whole day and not even have a single thought about smoking!! Such an exciting day and in the post for you soon I hope.

Massive congrats on your 4 months of freedom. It's a privilege to do this journey with you.

xx

So nice to be somebodies Gabby.  Thanks my quit family.  I have not spent on cigs  $2,531.20 and not smoked 2,800 smokes.

Sorry haven't saved any either, all spent on other things.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
