  1. leave pool open and let it turn green for Christmas
  2. feeling angry or ticked off- eat something, sleep some, get some exercise and repeat.
  3. love cold turkey- gets all those chemicals out starting right that minute- harder? not in my opinion
  4. dog shittiness- pick that up with a shovel all the time

Hi Guys,

I have been busy packing and haven't been online.  To answer the questions;

Method - cold turkey

Where you at - kind of okay.  Having good days mostly with some tough moments

How you feel - fuzzy in the head (more than normal)

Problems and complaints - I just would think it would be easier to put all smokers on an island so I didn't have to smell the cigarettes.  I find less temptation away from them.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
