Yep, just over 24 hours, without nicotine. No quit-smoking aids, but the QT.

Thank you, everyone, for putting up with my rantings and such before quitting. I really appreciate your patience. I needed to prepare myself for the quit, and get familiar with the QT.

Thank you, for welcoming me.

The first 24 hours quit, where a surprise. I am not having the old-familiar cravings. (You know, those seemingly every minute jolts of "I want a cigarette"). Maybe, just maybe, I am finally experiencing an "Easy Peasy" quit.

:)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
