Yeap.... don't dwell on your past...is it what defines you... absolutely not.  Do not look back...only forward for you my non smoking friend.

Life is good on this side... keep pushing... keep fighting and you will get the pay off pitch.  Awesomeness.

Keep on keepin on.

Welcome on board Dancer, dwelling on the past is not a good idea, look to the future, see it as a brighter, healthier, happier one for you, mistakes are made, we have to learn from them and take the positives forward with us, relapses happen but the most important thing to remember is you got up, you made the decision to quit and you are here, take each day as it comes with any craves, NOPE is fantastic, I often chant it lol, much to the amusement of my family and work colleagues, looking forward to sharing your journey xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
