The little time I have to myself.....

I love to have a nice hot shower ,with very expensive shower gel I treated myself too, with all the money I have saved...

How you all pamper your good selves ?

I take a bath with Epsom Salts in my Garden

a nice long soak with cocktail and then a vigorous scrub rub a dub with brushes and loofah and pumice stone.

Then a nice shower inside for a rinse.

Sometimes, I am so relaxed, I end up in Dreamland.

but, sometimes I will rally

and I pick out something dressy to wear out for a few cocktails,

smiling and a little dreamy from such a nice beautification.

For these special rewards, I often start out at a bar where I don't know anybody and chat with lovely strangers.

Later, strolling to my local.

unless I am being good to myself in a smart way...then I take myself Home.

wow, you wouldn't pull that in england lol, too cold!

I'm a mum, baths are no longer a relaxing affair and more likely to see a kid stripping to join haha, showers all the way for now.

I like to paint my nails sparkly silver. I do so love a little bling here and there and I feel better for it.  If I'm just a little sad, I put mascara and eyeliner on, even if I'm just home...makes me feel special :) A couple of wines when the kids are asleep are good too.

I spend more money on food now...because i eat a lot of fruit and veggies....healthy food is more expensive.

Also, my gym membership is quite expensive because it's not just a gym it's a fitness program...so it's a bit more.  Still and all..less than what I used to spend killing myself smoking those damn cigarettes.

I take really long baths and use nice body wash/bath salts.

I also spend ages painting my nails.

I used to hide under blankets after my bath and read a book. I should do that more often!

Yep, bath person over here.... Well, technically, I don't even have a shower fitted, so not much of a choice, lol... But I do have a big ol' Steel roll top - takes an age to fill, but once it's done I can submerge completely... Sometimes I see how long I can hold my breath for (a lot longer than when I was a smoker, I assure you!)...

Yes, I am sad, lol.

And just 'treated' myself to a beer while watching an old DVD... Heaven for me - I am easily pleased, lol ;)

I treat myself to books I like on my Kindle...such a treat!

Nothing better Nancy!

Except audibles.

For me, I have spent sadly a lot more than I have saved.

Mainly on the eye surgery (love not wearing contacts) & the crowns (less impressed how those turned out).

Oh, I think the crowns are lovely....such a beautiful smile!  I just got brave enough to go back to the dentist in the last couple of weeks...
