Hi,

I was a member of QSMB back more than a decade ago and with my quit birthday this week I decided to see if a replacement of the board exists. Not only that it does, but I also see many familiar faces.

Glad to see that the forum has found a new place and that more and more people are jumping on the quit train.

I quit cold turkey 11 years ago and have not been back to it.

My life has changed so much for the positive that if I look back at it now, of all the things that I have done, all the achievemnets, I would say that quitting smoking has been one if not the most significant, positive changes I have ever done for myself.

Love and peace to all!

Hello @Leander.. Thank you for coming back to check in with us. It is always very encouraging when someone comes back after having quit for a long period of time to let us know about the positive impact stopping smoking has had on their lives.

Love and peace to you as well!

Regards,

Gene

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
