Hi Everybody hope you are having a good Easter.

Day 16 for me and not doing to bad, odd fancy but not many craves at moment.

Saturday was a hard day.  Didn't really feel right, very tired and achy . No craves but just generally felt crap.

Just under £200 saved

Onwards and upwards.

Congrats @Jane!!

As I recall, that early quit time is like a rollercoaster; up one day down the next & so on. Ya just gotta ride it out and trust me ... It'll be well worth the effort to fight through those days. Stay focused on the positive changes (like your 200 pounds savings) because looking at the positive gives youwill power to keep at it.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
