Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I haven't been here in a coon's age.

I'm continuing to take the quit one day at a time and haven't had any issues worth mentioning.

Hope that everyone is doing well with their quits.

Cheers.

Hi Robert, good to see you! Glad things are going ok. :) Please feel free to chime in anywhere you like

Just yesterday - no kidding - I had a fleeting thought of smoking.  (My job can often get to me.)

But just as quick as I thought of smoking, I thought of this place, and that if I started smoking again I'd have to say goodbye to everyone here.  I am vigilant about holding myself accountable, but this is the extra that helps quite a bit too.

Hey Robert...glad to see you checking in...

Glad things are going good...a sure fire way to help with the quit, is to stay close to this board and post often...it doesnt have to be about anything that makes sense....kinda like most of Bakons posts...just chime in with some words of wisdom now and then... :P ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
