I'm a fellow October quitter, but from last year... I promise you now, it's the best thing I ever did...!!!

Please, listen to our Doreen - what's the worst that could happen, and what's the best that could happen ;)

I lurked for a long time here on QTrain.

It was the way I quit.

I would have had an easier quit and had MUCH more FUN had I joined earlier.

That said, my quit is now rock solid after joining these wonderful people

and now

I am hopefully helping others find their path to Freedom.

You will join us, won't you ?

Mammy is right. Jump on! We have plenty of seats. If the ride gets a little bumpy we are here to help you through it.

We have ALL been where you are right now. If we can do it then you can to! All you have to do is come aboard.

Join even if you are still a smoker, we welcome you too!  Educate yourselves about the addiction!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
