I am very happy to congratulate our friend Marti for her six months of freedom! I feel blessed she is here to inspire us and add her good cheer to this train. Good for you Marti! :)

I only know this because Marti quit on the same day of the month as me, but it's not Marti's 6 months today...

But, I would still like to say Congratulations to Marti for her wonderful quit, and for being such a great person - you are a superstar and an inspiration!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
