Wow! I remember when I started I thought I would NEVER make it to 1 month. People who made it to 6 months were like gods to me. Now here I am at 6 months, too. Incredible! Thank you one and all for all of your help and support!  Here's to Quit Train (((THANKS!! )))

Aww Chrys, I'm sorry, I didn't know what your quit date was... Thankfully DD put you in the calendar now :)

Anyway, I want to echo what DD said - you are a breath of fresh air, and I love what you bring (I loved it from the very start when I met you). You are an absolute sweetheart, and you so deserve this!!

Hope you do something wonderful to celebrate :d

Half a year!!  Massive congrats, that's such an amazing accomplishment, utterly delighted for you :)

I knew you would make it. The questions and hunting for answers, along with helping others do the same has also inspired me many times. Genuinely pleased to share a journey with you lovely lady. x

Thanks, everybody! You're all so knowledgeable, supportive and FUN! When I first joined you all helped me through a really bad patch and now I'm feeling solid in my quit again. Coming to QT was a very good decision for me. I am proud to be part of this great group!

((( QT  )))

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
