All the time TAC.

I spent years asking myself that question.

Who would have thought that it wasn't nearly as complicated as my addicted mind made it out to be.

It's just one step.

One simple step

Don't smoke.

Not One Puff Ever.

I thought the same Ava. I always thought I was doomed to smoke for the rest of my life. At one point, I was so bad and out of control with my smoking that I would roll pennies to buy a pack.

Surprisingly, my quit hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be. I quit cold turkey over a year and a half ago and haven't looked back. Once you stop listening to the junkie inside your head and commit to NOPE, you can have a successful quit.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
