Reene... oh, Reene, where are thou?!  I know that you were having computer problems recently and we miss you :sorry:

Super-congratulations on 4 months - so happy for your and your family!  And so glad that you found us; you are such a great person and a wonderful support when someone is feeling down.

Happy 4 months, and I hope to speak to you really soon!!!

Please pass my congratulations onto Tracy if you speak to her too - we are still waiting for her to post an introduction, too!

Wow!  Thanks so much everyone.  You all make me feel so good about myself!  I cannot believe that I've gone this far and have no desire to smoke ever again.  Thanks to all of you who help me to stay strong and stay NOPE!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
