Thank you everyone for your kind words of support.

But today, I am not feeling very confident in my quit. Just been here so many times. This time though. I am doing this COLD TURKEY and totally off the patch.

Taking it one day at a time.

Not one puff or nicotine patch ever!!

☝️ Hi! Taking it one day at a time as well and following in your footsteps, just so you know. Congrats on this cold turky milestone. All will be better. Hang in!

Congratulations !

I know you are in the thick of it and your brain will try to trick you every which way back into addiction.

Stay strong, divert your attention. Drink some water. Move a muscle. Have some FUN!

You will be looking back in eleven years as I am, supremely happy with yourself over your accomplishment.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
