Congratulations to Tracey for 10 months quit!

What an awesome lady to have been quit for 10 months and for playing it forward every chance she gets!

We are so very proud of you Tracey and know you will be on the lido deck in a couple of months!

You are my quit buddy, my friend, my sweetheart, and my reason that my quit has been so easy, Thank you!!!

I am amazed at how far into our quits the "fall quitters" are getting!..

You have (and continue) to inspire so many others....keep doing what you do!

You have often put a smile on my face..you are a positive person!!    :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
