Holly... 3 monts is such a massive achievement, and I am so happy to see you reach it!

I know you have had up's and down's, but I am glad you are with us now, and have found your sticky quit!

Please, let us know how you are doing - have you all settled in after your move?  How is your family?  How are you?

Big congratulations my friend!

I ADORE you people!!

Yes, I made it through the move. What a nightmare.

I do however like where I am now so that is great!

I made it through smoke free. Nice!

Family is good too. My son is settling in to his new school. :D

My husband is settling into, well, whatever he needs to settle into.

I am still gaining weight and eating like there is no tomorrow.

However, I have quit smoking and that is freakin' amazing!

We are all freakin' amazing!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
