NOPE!!

View from Mt Erie Washington. I use to live at the base in front of Campbell Lake (with the island in it) for 30 years. We ski in the summer and ice skate in the winter. The large body of water is the Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands. The Mountain in the distance is Mt. Rainier. I still live 20 miles away and go up to this lookout often.

Not One Puff Ever!

Hogs Back Falls in Ottawa Ontario is a five minute walk from my place.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
