Today has been really weird. I am 2 months in and its a really bad day. I have been doubting my ability to keep this quit long term. I cant shake that nervous feeling and its concerning me. I am worried.

Is it normal to have days like this 2 months in?

Yes it is, everybody has them!

See you got though it and bet you feel even better today!

Next time if your feel like yesterday relax knowing you will beat it!

Hi DF I hope today has been a better day, the crappy days are the worst, but take each day at a time, don't look too far ahead or it does scare the pants of you, NOPE just for today works fine and in the words of Paul McKenna if you can quit for one day ...........hugs xxx

Feel the Heal.

Put your head down and keep pushing when you hit one of those.

Got to keep marching, one foot then the other. It will get easy, but sometimes there is a small hill to go over, put head down and push.

Its all mind games, aint no way your weaker than the millions of others who quit smoking. No way your the weakest ever and cant do it.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
