Climbing the NOPE tree is worth it, sure you can get a few bumps and scrapes on the way but getting to the top is so worth it

Love it

Brings a smile to my face to see you two together, goes to show if you both hadn't quit smoking you would never have met so that is another massive bonus for quitting :)

Oh come on lurkers and join, would love to see another couple get together from here, so not only would you be a lucky duck to quit smoking if you join but you could potentially meet the man/woman of your dreams, your soul mate like our love birds up there ^^^^^^^

What more could you want xxx

Haha, pleased to see I'm not the only grown up who still thinks tree climbing is plausible!

Yep, This is our kind of fun, climbing trees and boulders like a bunch of kids lol!

PS - Because we do not smoke anymore, we spent all our time climbing instead of coughing, taking rest breaks, and gasping for air!

Tracey- You can see the freedom and happiness on both of your faces.

Who doesn't love nature. Yet, what we put ourselves through with the smoking,

was un-natural !  I feel we have all been transformed, when we broke away from

the prison of nicotine.

So happy to see you enjoying it all!     Jeff

Sarge is 45 years old. Old.

He's done some pretty f*cking cool sh*t in the past few years but the number one, by far, number one coolest thing he's done is to Quit Smoking.

Come on, folks, you can do it too.

It's easy.

Easy Peasy

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
