Hi Everyone- I'm new here. Looking for some support and willing to give support

wherever I can with my time. I've quit several times over the years and had

2 Years back in 2011.

However, (as many of you can relate to) this quit is a whole different feel

and a whole different resolve and I am much different physically, mentally

and spiritually. It's different and I pray this is my forever quit!

All well and good in what I write, but I realize that nicotine is a powerful

force and a subtle foe; thus, I am here reaching out to my fellow ex-smokers.

All My Best,   Jeffrey

Welcome Jeffrey.

I think Nicotine is more than a "subtle foe", baby,

but, not as powerful as YOU or,  I or,  ALL the good people here.

Congratulations on your quit and I look forward to your posts.

Love,

S

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
