Sorry that i missed this.  What is it that helped you through the anxiety attack?  Remember that...next time...go straight to it.

 

It will get easier and easier and easier until it is just a memory.

 

You are working really hard...but trust me...the payoff is awesome.

What helped me the most was having the support of all of you here. Deep breathing and a video that beacon sent me calmed me down. Then I took a bath... 

I haven´t found a "recipe", each time different things have helped me  :)
