Haha, saw this coming a mile off!

The obvious one - don't drink do much the night before... Too late for that now though. The only thing that ever sort of works for me is a greasy fry up with sugary tea...

Hope you feel better - hugs!

Should have told you last night to take 2 ibuprofen with a lot of water before you went to sleep last night. I didn't realize you were in that bad a way.

Ibuprofen, water, water, water, gatorade, and starchy food. Feel better girl. :)

Paracetamol can cause liver problems if you take too much. The recommended dose in the UK is so safe you could probably double, triple or even quadruple it without I'll effect, probably not a good idea though!

Anyway, thanks for the advice, I had a fry up, lots of tea and a bit of a nap, chilling watching rubbish on the tele now

that is true but since alcohol is toxic to your liver in itself they recommend not to take it after drinking

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
