Haha, saw this coming a mile off!

The obvious one - don't drink do much the night before... Too late for that now though. The only thing that ever sort of works for me is a greasy fry up with sugary tea...

Hope you feel better - hugs!

Should have told you last night to take 2 ibuprofen with a lot of water before you went to sleep last night. I didn't realize you were in that bad a way.

Ibuprofen, water, water, water, gatorade, and starchy food. Feel better girl. :)

Greasy spoon (not sure if this works for a veggie)

Salt and vinegar crisps, lucozade/ 1/2 cider  some water (landlady cure! replaces salt, sugar and fluid)

if paracetamol is the same as Tylenol or acetaminophen  I wouldnt recommend taking it after drinking take ibuprofens instead related to possible liver issues it is generally not recommended.

Paracetamol can cause liver problems if you take too much. The recommended dose in the UK is so safe you could probably double, triple or even quadruple it without I'll effect, probably not a good idea though!

Anyway, thanks for the advice, I had a fry up, lots of tea and a bit of a nap, chilling watching rubbish on the tele now

And veggie fry ups are great, toast, beans, egg, hash brown, mushrooms, Linda McCartney sausages... And tea... Lots of tea!

that is true but since alcohol is toxic to your liver in itself they recommend not to take it after drinking
