Yup, 12 pounds in one week! I haven't been starving myself either (there are pictures to prove it, lol). I have just made healthier choices all week and exercised every day.

Wow that's amazing!  I didn't think it was possible to lose that amount that quickly, unless you were doing something extreme or a wacko diet - which clearly your not doing with all the pictures in this thread!  Well done Leanna - you should market your diet and exercise programme!

Thanks Wendy! I'm a big girl though, so 12 pounds is nothing compared to the losses on The Biggest Loser. :P Although, I don't think losing 24-30 pounds in a week is healthy at all. I think they work out 8 hours a day. I just made some diet adjustments and have been working my butt off for at least an hour every night. Seems to be working, so no crazy diets for me!

Thanks Chrispy!

Here's what I'm having for dinner tonight. Never made this before, so I have no idea how well it will turn out. Fingers crossed. I'm making chicken chili:

Thanks Fay! The chicken chili turned into more of a stew because I didn't add a thickening agent, but it was still good. :)

Here's dinner tonight. The chicken "chili" and slow cooker poached pears for dessert:

Thanks Tracey! :) I'm on MyFitnessPal. I've used it in the past, but haven't been consistent with tracking. I've been logging on for 10 days and have tracked everything! It's such a useful tool.

I have been taking pictures, so hopefully I'll be able to show some progress. :D

Damn Humbled, I love chicken parm. Must... resist.

Here's dinner tonight. Another new recipe, so I have no idea how it will turn out. Squash, pork chops, beer, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of maple syrup:

Thanks Sandy!

I know this just looks like a pile of mush, but it still tasted good. :) I made some couscous as well:

Really not feeling motivated to cook today, so leftover squash and pork with a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and balsamic vinegar:

For some reason, I have been "off" cooking for the last month or so but I think I'm getting in the mood again. So tonight we're having a chicken and chorizo paella. I've made it before but I decided to try a new recipe from Michael Symons. Wish me luck!
