You never have to worry if you lose anything regarding login credentials because I can fix all of that with the click of a mouse.

 

The issue with changing the password - I'm not completely sure what is going on.  I need to go ever each line of the permissions and other settings to make sure that something isn't checked that should be or vice versa.  I tried to change the password on my test account and it wouldn't let me either.  I made an entirely new group with new permissions and still that didn't work.  It has to be something more in detail in the system but I didn't have access to all of it last night while using my phone.  I work on it this afternoon and get it resolved.  :)
