Congratulations @Stewbum on your 8 months quit! I'm so happy to see you succeed and I hope you're celebrating each month still because you deserve it 😊

Thank you all, wouldn't have gotten here without you.

My kids and friends showed up at the cabin last night to also celebrate this morning with my favorite breakfast. Bisquit's and sausage gravy along with Bloody Mary's.

Of course, the Bloody Mary's helped all with the after-party blues. Of course my Cardiologist will not be happy, but once in a while,,,, screw that!

8 months now surpasses my last failed quit !!!!

Onward and upward.

Gday stew!

Congratulations!

My bet is that you’ll not hand this quit back!

Handing a quit back makes you realise how precious a quit is

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
