Thanks so much everyone!!  The time is sure flying by, can't believe it's 10 months already! Looking back at the very beginning and how I was struggling, but with all your help and determination, I have come a long way.  It's great to celebrate on this horrible rainy day in NYC!!  Thank you all for your help and friendship!  I appreciate it so much!!  😍 Onward to Number 11.  Ohhh @Reciprocity I'm definitely looking forward to your Lido deck party! 😁 I will be there with bells on...LOL!!!

Congratulations QuitingGirl, you are doing so great. You deserve to be smoke free. Plus, don't forget to reward yourself today. 1 year quit and the Lido deck are just around the corner.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
