I must have just missed you, I was on the corner of NOPE and Happiness about an hour ago - I like this street I think I will stay a while!!

I learn when you veer off of NOPE street....you just may end up on the wrong side of the tracks.  Dark and scary roads like FEAR Lane and DOUBT Avenue.  Dangerous neighborhoods

Stay on NOPE street, and you will be just fine...Just for Today!

It's the first day of spring today over (down) here.  But it's a bit cold to be standing outside smoking, so I am glad I am inside all warm and cosy.  NOPE

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
