Wow... The black shrivelled one looks kind of pathetic... So glad I don't do that to my poor lungs anymore - I need them to live!

Eeek.

We went for sushi lunch today and a woman in there at another table had one of those things on her throat. At one point she started coughing and it sounded so painful. I felt so bad for her. But for the grace there go I.

Just another reminder how critical it is to stay quit. We all quit eventually, better it on our terms if we can.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
