Awesome! At five months I was confident but still not 100% sure I was happier not smoking.

Shortly there after, I tuned a corner and realized I really and truly was. I so do not miss all the stupid ridic hassles that go with being a smoker.

Thanks, everybody. You're all so sweet and thoughtful! I very much appreciate that you let me speak my mind without jumping down my throat every time I turn around. I know that not all of you will agree with everything I say and visa versa, but I think it is educational and thought-provoking and hopefully helpful to some members to at least listen to each other's ideas.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
