Okay so roast pork not my favourite, but I will have a double helping of crackling please (I do love a good bit of crackling :))

Of the two I'm going to go for the Pineapple jam and no never had it, but sounds nice and has got to be better than the apple.

Salsa : Spicy or mild

Knock me down with a feather, you can make pineapple jam..?? Is it sweet, savoury, wee bit of both.. spit it out somebody (not literally of course..!!)

I make 2, I'm a woose (Don't think that's how to spell it, can someone get the G.Ps on the line to check) mild one for me and spicy for hubby..

So the answer would be mild.. haha

Original (but really in this house it would be nacho cheese)

Yep make pineapple sauce/jam... depending on who its for I either make it sweetish (nice with fried chicken) or with a hit of chili (nice with pork)... usually just make the sweet one and add some sliced fresh chili to it at serving time for me cos my dad and the kid love it but hate spice. Its a thai thing...

Asian food: Thai or Chinese

Oh that's sucky.... so I am answering this based on the fact I have to eat it over and over again....

Family Faves .... cos like all fatties I have emotions attached to my food and the emotions attached to food is usually good (except for spag bol ad pizza)... so family faves (for flavour it would be import food)

Cooking Curry: Slow cooker or stove top?

Now what you need to know when I cook curry it is with leftover roast lamb or beef and I just use a curry paste.

So stove top (and it is delicious)

With the curry : Naan Bread or Paratha?

Let's make sure there's enough Bhang lassi to go around. While I was over there nobody could manage to explain what it was, but there were just stalls set up on the street selling it. I do think the laws over here are a little arse about face in this respect.

Mint sauce please.

Mint Sauce for use on the veggies and spuds as well or no?
