Big congrats to you @DenaliBlues! Getting that 2nd year under your belt really helps solidify that quit and allows you to just enjoy the freedoms of not being a slave to that demon nicotine. Keep it up!

Two years already?! Time flies when you’re loving freedom. Hard work, but soooo worth it to get here. Thanks to everyone for your support and good company all the way. I never would have made it this far without you. Love you guys!

Congratulations on two years (wow, really?) of your super, solid quit, Denali!  You really showed your quit who was the boss very quickly and have been a great support to others all along the way

Thanks, and great to see you again @Jordan7! It was a bumpy ride sometimes, but being a bit stubborn definitely helped, as did all the great peeps here on the Train. Bring on year #3 and beyond!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
