Congratulations Vic!!

How does it feel to be one month free?!

Thanks, Ross! It feels absolutely magnificent. I'm still happy as a child :D

Wow, Vic!!  One month is such an important milestone!  You are doing so well, and are a great addition to this board!

This board changed everything. Thank you for having me!

1 month of freedom!!  Great job Vic. Love having you on the board and how you have faced down this quit. Massive congrats on month 1 of many!! xx

Thanks! Love being here :)

Wow a month already that was quick, really well done to you John, you have a great attitude that will see you succeed, congratulations xxx

Yeah, first 3 days stretch out like a week and then 'phew!' and you're one month smoke-free. It's strange, but it's wonderful how fast human body adapts to such changes.

Vic, awesome, one month! You must be feeling happy and proud! Congratulations! :) :) :)

You betcha! Sometimes I think I'm too happy and too proud for my own good these days, lol :D

Thank you everyone! It is a marvelous quit for me and I'm very grateful for your support and all the kind words. Loving my new life. Wasn't as active as I should be lately due to the busy schedule.Planning to write a little update in my quit topic later. Thanks one more time! :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
