Fabulous @QuittingGirl! Keep strengthening that quit girl. It's not as hard to do that now but it's just as important as it was on day one so stay vigilant and before you know it, we'll be seeing you on the Lido deck :)

Thank you so very much everyone!!!  🥰You guys are great!!! I can't believe it's 8 months already, it was just 7 months like 5 mins ago...LOL!!  The time is going by so fast.  I am very proud of myself and with all the struggles I have had, I am doing quite well.  Onward and forward to 9 months!!!!😁

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
