Too nervous to join?

I just wanted to say hello to those who maybe reading this forum, you may have already quit smoking or you are thinking about it

you maybe from different countries and English might not be your first language and reading the activity on the board might seem a little intimidating?

I just wanted to reassure you that people here are from all walks of life, backgrounds, countries and experiences but we come together here with a mutual goal and that is to quit smoking and to stay quit

we are a relatively small community but we are growing every day and we will welcome anyone with open arms and help support each other to quit smoking and to join us

please do not worry about your language abilities or your computer skills we will talk you through it and help in any way we can

all you have to do is join and say hi and we will take it one step at a time from there, i found interacting rather than just reading a tremendous help

we really do hope to see you soon :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
