Fantastic!  You've reshaped your life in such a positive way when you quit smoking.  Congratulations!

Thanks Paul!

Well done Leanna!  Have I told you lately how happy we all are to have you here with us!?  I hope you don't mind me posting a video of your celebration!

Thanks Sarge!

OMG Jenny! You have just surpassed yourself... that is soooooo cool.

See Leanna! Very special celebration (and blimey! blonde hair does suit you!)

:) :) :)

Susana, I agree! I never thought blonde hair would suit me. Too funny.

(That's probably the skinniest I've been in years as well, lol. Damn, I clean up well!)

Way to go Canadian Egg.  Are you going to tell us which name is correct, Leanna or Anna? I cant believe you let them get away with it and body slam me ... I think you messed with me long enough.....

Thanks Bakon. Haha, my real name's Leanna... Annael backwards. I thought I was being clever at the time, but now I'm regretting it considering people thought my user name was Anal.

Aww, thank you Gem! :) Can't wait to celebrate your one-year on the 30th!

Leanna, super good! Two years, how do you feel? Like you never smoked?

Thanks Beacon! I feel ah-may-zing! I am so proud of myself. I honestly thought I'd give up ages ago, but I didn't and my quit is stronger than ever. I'm never going back to smoking.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
