Thank you MQ. A place for quitters by quitters where all are welcome.

That isn't something that is just said... it is meant... Everyone is welcome!

This place is awesome and has been proven over and over again that good support can be given...firmly, softly, tough love, hand holding..it's all done here..but all done with genuine concern for their fellow man.  Those that enjoy that drama might like to call the drama "keeping it real"  I prefer to call it "feeding  your ego"

That's just not done here...we support, we have fun, we disagree, we even spank eachother now and again..but it's done civil.  It's done with respect.

This place rocks because of all of you.  I am forever grateful to MQ for so many things..and he knows it.  Quit Train is one of them...but it's you guys that make this place what it is.  A safe haven to turn to..and wow..turns out we aren't cookie cutting stepford wives after all, imagine that!!  B)

Yes, I honestly can not thank you enough for this; not just the site, but also your moderation of it, which is one of the reasons it is so successful :)

Yup, we have much to be thankful for that is for sure.  What Babs said is so true.  Some places are about ego not the quit at all.  Peace is not really hard to have, you just need to shut up and let it happen.  If you don't let it happen, you don't really want it.

Thank you MQ for this site, I call my "internet home".

To be able to post here and not be afraid of being a failure (I have a relapse record) oh my!

Greatest feeling in the world to be accepted by your peers :)

People here are the greatest. Just honest support. No drama.

Keeps me going forward smoke-free :)

This place is fabulous place to be. I personally am so grateful to it being here and if I knew any smokers ready to commit to a quit I would not hesitate in sending them here. In fact, next time I go to my doctor for my heart and BP check I am going to ask him to seriously consider passing your web address to the lady who runs the stop smoking clinic there, I never see her now ;) or I would give it to her myself.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
