Sorry, I couldn't work out the time difference updating the calender, oops, sorry!

Massive congrats on your  months Comrade.  Not a moment too soon either!! Hope your recovery is going well and you're back out resting on that tree stump soon without the nasty cigs!

Thanks all!

In the last month I have had maybe three times where not lighting up was more than casual dismissal. It's those half smoked cigarettes in ashtrays that mess with me. Three periods of minor to pesky discomfort isn't bad at all for 7 months. New quitters - hang in there!

Great message to anybody thinking of quitting.  Listen to CS, he knows what he's talking about.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
