@Stewbum-Howdy! I think I remember you from years ago at QSMB. I quit in 2016.  Glad you found your way back to a forum.  You know the drill! I’m really happy for you and your quit.

It's wonderful you kept your quit.

I so wish I could have been more honest to myself and didn't fall back into the miserable life of smoking. A shame but of course under the bridge now. Hindsight always being 20 20 is a very simple analogy but so dam true. The terrible addicted stink thinking, Thought's like I can always quit again are so easy to say and think until you face the lie and live with the mistakes.

Thats enough depressing talk now positive's, I am back, I have support, and am so overwhelmingly happy to be in the place I'am in.

Yep to NOPE!!

Cheers Stew...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
