Congrats of reaching your 2nd big quit milestone Sandi! You've built a great foundation for a live long quit. Enjoy all those benefits you're realizing now that you're not chained to the cig any longer!

it seems that I get sicker now than I did when I smoked!

That'll soon change sandi, my colds are now fewer and farther between and not nearly as long lasting as when I smoked :) I hope you feel better soon, lots of rest!!!

Im in better health now, than i ever was ..x

When I smoked I didn't get sick very often.  I had a cold the most once a year, but now I have had 2 colds in one month.  I was sick in June and I'm sick again now. 😬

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
