Iam those six cigarettes seem to be lasting a long time...  :(

Like Tracey said... we can't push you (only nudge) You are the one who needs to make the leap.

Remember this

Jump! We are here, we want you to succeed.

If the time came and you couldn't face it- been there done that as many others have, I'm sure.

If it's that then post and say who are we to judge, we can at least get you talking it through.

If it's not that and you have just not fancied coming on after your final cig then ignore the above and well done, not let's help you to maintain this quit.

Either way post if you get a minute to spare.

I simply grab a alternative..aka e-cig

Talk about a mind ****.

I wonder if I should smoke crack to get off the cigs........ I would probably be able to work more, so I could make more money, so I could buy more crack, so I could work more.......

I brought the thread up trying to figure out something.  Not cause I wanted to offer him an ecig.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
