Congratulations @Brioski on four months quit, that's fantastic! 😊 I love seeing how supportive you are and I'm sure you've already helped many see that they can quit too😊

Woo hoo you!!! So glad you are on the Train, and congrats on rocking the first 4 months of your quit. It’s been awesome to see your quit get stronger and stronger. A good day to reward yourself, perhaps with your favorite new gelato?!

Congratulations on your 4 month quit! A whole one-third of a year!  It’s been a real joy watching you build on the foundation you’ve set and it’s great that you jump and help so many others along the way. I hope that you celebrate in a big way. 🤗

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
