I have never made it to 2 months before. This is pretty darn cool.

And if I can do 2 months, then I can definitely do 4. All it is now is just rinse and repeat.

Well done Tiff..

I can guarantee you hit 4 months if you

take it 1 day at a time..so much easier to do than to try 2 months at a time  ;)

there is still a few speed bumps you will go over, but keep your "eye on the prize"

you are now at the point that you WILL NOT smoke if you dont want to...its now your choice!..

you are beating this....way to go!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
